David specializes in design/build, specification, high end residential and architectural/residential controls projects and has been a manufacturer's representative since 1986. Before returning to his native California in 1995, he worked for firms in Arizona, Mississippi and Oklahoma.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from OCU, Oklahoma City (1987) he has also completed studies abroad at Ibaraki University, Mito, Japan (1986).

David is an award recipient of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges (1986-1987), as well as a national award recipient as a team member in OCU's Business Decision Making Team, Phi Beta Lambda (1987). A past lecturer of lighting design classes at Mississippi State University, Starkville, Mississippi as well as California Polytechnic State University (CalPoly), San Luis Obispo, California, he is also a former member of the Architecture and Construction Technology Advisory Committee at Pierce College in Los Angeles. He regularly attends seminars and educational programs to keep abreast of the latest products and technologies.

Karl is familiar with SCE's and PG&E's rebate programs and can assist with payback analysis for lighting control retrofits as well as LED, induction and fluorescent retrofit opportunities.

Born, raised and educated in England, is our outside salesman for Ventura, Santa Barbara (North), and San Luis Obispo Counties. Ian’s lighting industry experience goes back to 1994, and encompasses tenure with a high-end architectural lighting manufacturer, an electrical contractor, and lighting manufacturers’ representatives.

Being familiar with all aspects of residential, commercial and architectural lighting he can help you with layouts and design/build projects. Ian’s experience in project quotations, and an in-depth familiarity with many manufacturer’s lighting lines will ensure that you can always count on competitive project bidding.

is our outside salesman for the Fresno marketplace and calls on electrical distributors, electrical contractors and specifiers. Chon is a Fresno native and has been in the business since 1991.

Chon comes to Neel Lighting and Controls from the distribution side. Chon was a warehouse manager, counter salesman, inside salesman, project manager and a purchasing agent. We are glad to have Chon on our team. His knowledge of the customers and his knowledge of lighting and controls make him a valuable asset.

Chon is a graduate of Fresno City College.

has been with Neel Lighting & Controls since January 2009. Jessica is our receptionist and performs customer service duties such as price and availability, RGA's and shipping information for stock orders. Jessica also orders literature and catalogs per customers' requests.

Jessica is from the Ventura area.

has been with Neel Lighting and Controls since 2005. She performs customer service duties, commission reconciliation and project management.

Linda has been in the industry since 1992, starting at BEGA where her duties included customer service, production scheduling and accounts receivable. Linda has also worked in distribution and private consultation. Her wide range of experience is an asset to us and to our customers.
